A founder, innovation director, independent leader, or manager regularly ends up alone with a decision. The board does not want to hear about risk. The team cannot handle the truth about cash flow. The mastermind meets once a month, and the decision lands on Tuesday at 2:30 p.m.

The second thing is discussed less often. A solo leader, overloaded and alone with every decision for months, is on a straight path toward burnout. 2025 research says it plainly: most founders report mental health problems, and more than half report full burnout. AI was supposed to help, but often adds more. The market shouts: do more, faster.

What we do.

We are building an AI-supported mentoring platform. AI handles the everyday layer: it asks, organizes, and teaches. People bring depth. AI should strengthen you, not burn you out.

• Yukata One. Knowledge Base plus the practice of using AI wisely, so AI strengthens you instead of wearing you down.
• Ludzie. Community on Skool and Nests. What no AI can do: another person who knows the context and asks deeper questions.

What we do not do.

• No "AI will do it for you" and no "AI will mentor you". AI guides, humans go deeper.
• No "transform faster", "level up", "unlock potential".
• No generalities, no pep talks, no empty slogans.
• We are not therapy or a clinic. We help prevent burnout through better decisions and less loneliness. We don't treat.
