The difference

With us it is different. In the workshops the whole team builds a working AI system and uses it right away, on their files, on their computers. Practice, not talk.
How it works
Together you build one system. Each person tailors it to themselves.
The whole team goes through the same thing: together you assemble a company AI work system. Then each person extends it for their role, their context files and their assistants. One frame, many fills.

Program and team of assistants
From an empty account to a team of assistants.
A cycle of live workshops, like in Yukata One, set individually with the company. Each participant leaves with a working system tailored to their role. Environment progression: from the browser, through the computer, to the cloud.
An example team of assistants (a starting point, not a fixed list):
Brain (the center).
Reads the files, plans the week, sets priorities, and splits tasks.
Voice.
Writes in your style: emails, messages, posts.
Operations.
Daily work in one place: inbox, meetings, materials, research.
Technical (CTO).
Support for everything technical, also for non-technical people.
Dedicated per department.
For example in finance, in HR, and more for your structure.
Scenarios per department: HR, finance, marketing, operations, R&D. The same system, a different fill for your department.
Participant skills
After the course you do this yourself, on your own computer and on your own work.
You have a team of your own AI assistants that know you and your company, and you can build new ones when a new need comes up. They write in your style, and you decide what goes out.
You hand AI work on files on your own computer, in VS Code or in the Claude Cowork, ChatGPT or Antigravity app. You approve every change and you have a backup.
You make decisions and set priorities with AI: you see the options and risks, the choice stays with you, and you record the reason in a decision log.
From one topic you produce research with sources and content in several formats: a longer text, short formats, a graphic.
Part of your repetitive work happens without you: automations prepare, for example, research for Monday morning.
You know what you may put into AI and what you may not: you anonymize data before it reaches the model, and the whole team of assistants follows your security rules. Data security and GDPR are part of the course.
What stays
You are left with a working system and proof the team was trained.
After the workshops the company has three things at once: a company panel with your logo, where the team works; a training register, a record of who was trained and in what; and working assistants in daily work. The register stays as proof that you are building AI skills in the team, useful for your AI Act duties.
Certificate and 12 months of the Platform
Your team of assistants and the recordings of all workshops stay with you. The course ends with an exam: 20 questions from the whole course, pass mark 80%. Once you pass, you get a certificate with a public verification page, a PDF and an “Add to LinkedIn” button. About 9 workshops is not the end: after them you have 12 months of the Platform with further self-paced workshops, the Knowledge Base, the AI Mentor and material updates. Security and independence
Independent of a single vendor.
We do not lock you into one company. The team learns to build a system that runs on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or Grok, and that you will move when you change vendor or when procurement does. Less risk of lock-in to one provider, more control over your data and processes.
From a free browser chat you move on two tracks: to company-approved, secure versions of AI tools, and to working on files, on the computer and in the cloud. This way AI reaches your documents, and the data stays where it should.
